ULFA is giving an enthusiastic kudos to Joy Morris for her outstanding efforts towards the successful reorganization of the Academic Staff Collective Agreement. This work immediately followed a grueling 629 days of collective bargaining, of which Joy was an instrumental member on the ULFA Negotiating Team.
The reorganization of the collective agreement has been a long-standing goal of ULFAs. A summary of that process can be found here.
Joy Morris has been involved in multiple rounds of collective bargaining, sitting on the ULFA Bargaining Resource Committee and on the ULFA Negotiating Team. She is a Professor in the Department of Math & Computer Science.
