Ombuds Officer
Jim was elected as ULFA’s second Ombuds Officer in 2017. Currently serving a second appointment from 2019-2024.
ULFA Bylaws, Article 9.4 describes the process by which the Ombuds Officer is elected. Please see Appendix B of the Bylaws for a full description of the Ombuds Officer.
