The University of Lethbridge Faculty Association (ULFA) stands in solidarity with members of Local 3912 of the Canadian Union of Public Employees (CUPE 3912). Part-Time Academics, Teaching Assistants, Markers, and Demonstrators at Dalhousie University are some of the lowest paid precarious academic workers in Canada. We firmly believe that working conditions are learning conditions and we call on the leadership at Dalhousie to #makeitfair and provide #wageparityforall.
ULFA is the exclusive bargaining agent for academic staff at the University of Lethbridge. Our membership consists of all U of L academic staff: about 500 faculty and instructors and 100 sessional lecturers. We exist to unite and empower our membership to help make things better.
