SNAC+, the Support Network for Academics of Colour Plus, stands in solidarity with AUPE Local 53 as they negotiate for fair working conditions. We truly appreciate the work that AUPE colleagues do in IT, facilities, office administration, caretaking, advising, and more, which makes our work at the University of Lethbridge possible. AUPE colleagues have borne the brunt of budget cuts in recent years. They work hard, many in precarious conditions, and we support fair conditions for all their dedicated work.
