ULFA will be hosting two offerings of STP (Salary, Tenure, and Promotion) to Chairs and STP Committee members. If you will be adjudicating STP applications this next year, the workshop will provide critical information of how the collective agreement STP process works, some tips, and how to avoid potential issues.
