The ULFA Executive is calling a Special General Meeting (SGM) for the purposes of ratifying a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) regarding the ULethbridge International College Calgary (UICC).
This is a SAVE-THE-DATE email with the tentatively agreed to MOU (see here) and time of the SGM.
The SGM will be held on Zoom (Registration Information in Email) on July 4th, 2024 from 9-11am MDT.

An SGM can be called by the Executive for the purpose of ratification. While minor amendments and clarifications via MOU’s can be negotiated by the ULFA Executive, this matter was deemed to be substantial enough to bring to the Membership at a general meeting. Please see the ULFA Bylaws (6.6 and 6.6.3 and 15.1)
