All new Members of ULFA are welcome to join us for an orientation session to get a better understanding of ULFA, and its role as advocate and collective bargainer for Academic Staff. Members will learn more about important points in the collective agreement, and their employment rights. Meet your colleagues and understand recent labour relations at the University of Lethbridge, and find out how you can get more involved in your union. If you are a departmental Chair or you know of any new colleagues from Fall 2023, or the Spring term that are not aware of this orientation, please forward this information to them.
